We highly recommend this experience! Our first snowboarding lesson was very rewarding. Tomo is a very accommodating instructor—he guides you through everything, from rentals and lift ticket exchanges to finding the bathroom and cafeteria. You can tell he's a great instructor even before the actual lesson begins. I really appreciate his teaching style—he starts with the basics to ensure you don't feel lost and avoid developing bad habits along the way. What I loved most about this experience is that door-to-door transportation is included! So there's no need to worry about how to get to Teine on your own. I'm sure I'll have another lesson with Tomo next time!

We had our first ever snowboarding experience with Tomo at Teine. Everything promised in the programme was delivered exceeding our expectations. Tomo was a great teacher and patient with us, which gave us good morale and confidence to hit the slopes again - we visited Teine 3 more times and completed 15 runs down the slopes on our own! It was a true privilege to meet Tomo as he also gave us many recommendations for food and even brought us out of his way to a shop to find some snowboarding gear. Highly highly recommend booking with this school for a great lesson with a friendly, warm teacher!

Tomo san is a very patient teacher with decent level of English so communication is no problem. Very responsible and patient, point out points to improve. Had a great time throughout the class! Also gave us good recommendations for food and desserts to go for after class.
